  • complete an amicus recruit application form and health questionnaire;
  • provide an original certificate of qualifications and original photographic identification;
  • give two professional references;
  • undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check;
  • provide proof of registration with the General Social Care Council prior to placement as a qualified social worker.
